This Crémant Brut is made from three different grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir) and elaborated according to the traditional method. Its elegant and very fine nose reveals notes of brioche, butter and white fruits (Pears, Apples). Its fresh, lively and mineral palate is reinforced by fine, crisp and persistent bubbles.
Balance and freshness are guaranteed by the subtle blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir.
Serve chilled, between 8 and 12 °C. It can be kept up to 5 years.
A perfect crémant for the aperitif or with a Gravlax of salmon marinated in dill.
