From the parcels planted on a sandy soil, you are at the foot of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Drome. You will be surprised by its very fruity attack revealing the terroir and which is supported by a beautiful structure brought by the grape variety. Slow fermentation in barrels (temperature kept below 18°C) as well as a great vigilance against oxidation allow to preserve at best the fruitiness and the freshness of this wine.
