Pale gold colour with green reflections. Nose with aromas of white flowers. In the mouth: notes of pear enhanced by fine bubbles and a persistent finish.
Fresh, fruity, easy to open!
Can be enjoyed from the aperitif (tuna rillettes, cream of vegetable soup) to the dessert (fruit cake, vanilla mille-feuille).
Serve alone or with a fruit cream.
