Domaine La Madura - classic - Rouge - 2018

A fairly deep ruby red colour, the nose is very fresh, complex and very mellow, combining notes of roasting, smoking and garrigue but also cocoa, combined with aromas of black fruit and cherries. The attack on the palate is velvety, enhanced by a beautiful freshness that continues in the mouth with a fine structure that allows a good persistence of the aromatic palette.

The word of the Winemaker, :

The red "Classic" cuvée particularly highlights the expression of the estate's different terroirs, which gives this wine great complexity, with a velvety, fresh and airy structure.

The Wine Estate

This is a small estate located in the Saint-Chinian appellation that derives its strength from the multiplicity of its terroirs. The relief is very variable between the plots, which gives variations between 150 and 300 metres, so the harvest is relatively spread out so that the grapes are all picked at maturity.
