This wine gives us delicate spicy notes and a supple and gourmet substance in the mouth. The tannins are present, firm but leaving a silky and refreshing palate. The characteristic nose of Pinot Noir combines notes of undergrowth, mushrooms, coffee and leather.

Red Burgundy is the most faithful tribute to our beautiful region. The characteristic pinot noir expresses itself extremely well due to the time required to take care of the shoots during its vegetative period.
