Intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry dominate as well as spicy and peppery notes. Nice structure in the mouth, balanced by the freshness of the schist terroir.

The Château des Adouzes is located in the medieval village of Roquessels in the heart of the Faugères PDO. The appellation is made up exclusively of schist. A rare schist soil, very low yields, and old vines deeply rooted give all the depth and balance of this wine. Frère et Soeur is made from our finest Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
