The nose is fresh and marked by aromas of citrus fruits and white peach. The attack in the mouth is frank, clear and reminiscent of a pear. This wine is endowed with a beautiful vivacity which, coupled with the finesse of the bubbles, brings a beautiful freshness to the palate.
The word of the Winemaker, :
Crémant de Loire is made from Chenin and Chardonnay grapes. This sparkling wine is produced by traditional method. The ageing lasts about 2 years on laths with its lees which will provide the finesse and the elegance of the final wine. Small production of the domain, we separate it in two vintages: brut and semi-dry in order to suit all the lovers of crémant.
