The nose is very intense with aromas marked by chocolate and undergrowth. With a supple and round mouth reminiscent of blackberry and a beautiful length, this spring wine is already suitable for drinking.
The word of the Winemaker, :
Acquired in 2003 by the Olivier family, the Bourgueil parcels are over 50 years old. The Bourgueil terroirs have been restored to a state of production, allowing us to produce structured and balanced wines that complement our range. In order to guarantee the difference of terroir with our Saint Nicolas, the Bourgueil plots are located on the main hillsides of the appellation.
