The word of the Winemaker, Valentine Arce :
The Cuvée des Templiers is exceptional. The harvest of very old plots (60 years) with ripe grapes is done by hand. The wine is then aged for one year in new barrels, after which only the best barrels are used to make the cuvée. The wine has very ripe tannins accompanied by a melted woody taste.
