The word of the Winemaker, Valentine Arce :
8 hectares in a single block in the Cravant plain, a particular limestone soil that gives the wines finesse and elegance. After a manual harvest of 45 years old vines, this cuvée is aged partly in barrels and partly in concrete vats for one year.
