The Grenache gives golden reflections in aging it brings delicious aromas of fruits and spices.
The Syrah gives the sustained color, the structure, the fruit and the spices. It evolves towards complex notes where musk, truffle, leather, pepper and licorice are mixed.
The Mourvèdre in complement of the Syrah brings even more color and a tension at the end of mouth
