Our story

The Terres de Mallyce estate was born out of the desire for a change in lifestyle but also from a long experience in the vine and wine industry in the Rhone Valley. In 2007 the SOTO family moved to RASIGUERES in the Fenouillèdes massif. It is a magnificent, mountainous terroir of extraordinary geographical and geological richness. The vines clinging to schist and granite slopes are swept by the Tramontane river or bathed by the sea. The wines are produced organically and reflect these terroirs by their freshness and aromatic intensity.

Other little stories

Inspired by the work of Francis CHABOUSSOU and his theory of Trophiosis according to which: "all vital processes are dependent on the satisfaction of the needs of the living organism, whether it is a virus, a plant or an animal", we apply ourselves to base our working methods on the observation and the behavior of the vines in their environment. Our cultural choices (phytotherapy applied to agriculture) are essentially oriented to the improvement and balance of our soils.
