The grapes are harvested by hand, the yields are low and the vinification is traditional with a maceration of about 25 days. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. At the tasting, the garnet red color has violet reflections and an intense nose of red fruits, the lively and harmonious mouth is of a beautiful typicity.
