Raspberry pink color, with tawny and mauve reflections. The nose is occupied in the presentation by an empyreumatic reduction, the nose asks to be set aside to awaken the fried profile of a worked expression where the kirsch fruit is accompanied by bouqueted, spicy and country notes: soot, gouache and straw, arnica and rose, cherry stone, quetsche, blood orange and cumin. The palate combines patina with vitality in a tonic presentation that engages the freshness of the aromatic, the mineral definition of the grain and the dry and tight reactivity of the structure.

An exceptional range of our Savoy wines matured in oak barrels. 9 months of maturation are necessary for the reds against 10 months for the whites, giving them an exquisite aromatic complexity and a delicious roundness. A selection of wines with different vintages that will delight your taste buds.
