Château Cajus - Bordeaux Cuvée Tradition BIO - Rouge - 2019

To the sight, sustained color, on the vermilion and on the purple. Perfectly limpid and brilliant. On the nose, nice fruitiness, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, but all crushed, we are not on worked fruit, we are really on the freshness of fruit. On the palate, this wine is easy to drink, a pleasure wine that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, as an aperitif or with a meal.

Going tobed last night I felt guilty at having drank a whole bottle and a little worried about the possible hangover in the morning. Not a problem, clear head but still a guilty concience. This was one of the most pleasant wines I have drunk in a long time. Don't remember where I bought it so glad I have trackd it down on this website.
