The colour is golden yellow, of a very beautiful intensity and a perfect purity, is bright. The nose is very sweet, with notes of caramelized fruits: apricots, quinces, mirabelles. The palate is wonderfully velvety, bewitching and marked by aromas of candied fruits (quince, apricots). It continues with notes of peach and cooked rhubarb that reinforce the vivacity of this softness to give it an airy character. The taste balance is perfect and fresh.
