Our opinion on the vintage

This wine has an attractive pale yellow color. On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers, toast, and almonds subtly emerge. On the palate, an interesting minerality mingles with honeyed flavors for a harmonious finish. Perfectly balanced, it will pair wonderfully with cod en papillote or white meat in a cream and morel sauce. A wine that will appeal to lovers of fine and elegant white wines.

Founded in 2013, Domaine Céline et Frédéric Gueguen is located in the Chablis and Greater Auxerre regions. The white wines made from Chardonnay are distinguished by their clean fruit and fine minerality, characteristic of ... Lire plus
