Our opinion on the vintage

This white wine has a pale yellow color and reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, toast, and almonds on the nose. On the palate, it is mineral with a pleasantly sweet and persistent finish, giving way to honeyed flavors. Perfectly balanced, it will pair wonderfully with cod en papillote with preserved lemons, crab, or white meat with cream and morels. An exceptional wine that will seduce lovers of complex and elegant white wines.

Bourgogne | France

Founded in 2013, Domaine Céline et Frédéric Gueguen is located in the Chablis and Greater Auxerre regions. Coming from winemaking families, Céline and Frédéric Gueguen chose to establish their own estate in order to work the local terroirs with an independent approach, focused on precision and the quality of the raw materials.

Vineyard work is central to the estate's approach, with constant attention paid to grape quality and ripeness management. Winemaking aims to faithfully reflect the diversity of the terroirs, using precise and measured practices, without any artificial enhancement.

The white wines made from Chardonnay are distinguished by their clean fruit and fine minerality, characteristic of ... Lire plus
