Régnié

Régnié was the last of the ten Beaujolais crus to be recognized, in 1988. Located between Morgan and Brouilly, it produces Gamay wines on granite soils, characterized by a light, fruity style.

Régnié wines are distinguished by their aromas of fresh red berries—raspberry, redcurrant, and blackcurrant—and their light, refreshing palate. Often served chilled, they are perfect as an aperitif or paired with cold cuts and goat cheese. The ideal Beaujolais wine for casual gatherings.
