Pretty carmine red colour. The nose is elegant and fine, marked by aromas of crushed red berries with notes of candied plum, quetsche jam, fresh fig combined with discreet notes of sweet spices such as oregano or savory. This wine has a beautiful structure with firm tannins, all this accompanied by notes of black berries combined with fine spices such as cloves, juniper and rosemary. Beautiful roundness with a perfect balance between fruit, freshness and alcohol.

The word of the Winemaker, :

This sunny wine is the result of a classic blend, Grenache and Syrah. A few vines of these traditional grape varieties, Carignan and Counoise, bring a little originality to it. Its red fruit aromas will seduce you. It's a sure thing.

This wine should be drunk young.

How ?

This cuvée will go well with a rib of beef à la plancha, a piece of beef with morel sauce from our Chef, a stew of wild boar or a fillet of pigeon in a spicy crust. Served slightly refreshed, it will be a perfect accompaniment to summer tapas.

Domaine de Cabasse is a wine-growing estate, but not only. Within the 15 hectares of vines, you will also find a hotel to stay in a peaceful haven... and follow closely the activity of the Domaine... Harvesting, bottling... you are at the heart of the action! The Domaine is located at the foot of the very pretty listed village of Séguret, which you can access by taking a small path through our vineyards. Fifteen hecta....

La, c'est du sérieux!
Robe rubis aux reflets framboises.
Nez épicé, minéral presque de sable chaud. On sent un côté iodé que je n'attendais pas mais qui me ravi. Sans doute le terroir.
La bouche et ample et pleine sur les épices et les fruits noirs mûrs.
Vin maitrisé qui devrait ravir les amateurs de belles pièces de viandes.

Je sens un nez en de biscuit et de cire.
En bouche j'adore son explosion d'épices et son côté iodé.
