Maison Philippe Cordonnier - Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune

To the eye the colour is deep ruby, the nose is fruity with aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is full, round and fruity. On candied, stewed fruits, the tannins are fine and the finish is long.

The word of the Winemaker, :

This 50-year-old vineyard is located on the heights of Savigny. Maturing for 11 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new, then 2 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Tasteviné at the March 2017 tastevinage.
