The Syrah from Beaumont-Monteux originates from clay-limestone terraces, yielding a wine produced using environmentally friendly methods, currently undergoing organic conversion certified by Ecocert. Traditional vinification in raw concrete vats, including punch-downs (pigeage) and gentle pressing, ensures a beautiful expression of the grape variety. An 8-month aging period in concrete vats preserves the authenticity of the terroir while highlighting the finesse of the Syrah.

Domaine Les Bruyères

In Crozes-Hermitage, Domaine Les Bruyères is managed by David Reynaud, with an approach based on biodynamics and a constant pursuit of balance. The Syrah here is crafted in a focused, elegant style, prioritizing fruit freshness and structural clarity over heavy extraction.

The red wines are distinguished by a fine grain and a taut framework, with characteristic black fruit and violet expressions typical of the region. Maturation is carefully controlled to maintain continuous energy on the palate and elongated finishes, without heaviness. Extractions remain measured, resulting in precise and integrated tannins.

The white wines, primarily from Marsanne and Roussanne grapes, offer balanced profiles, built upon a soft texture and a discreet acidity that supports the overall structure. Aging processes are conducted with restraint, with the aim of complementing the wine's substance without altering its inherent character.
