Maison Ventenac
Located within the Cabardès appellation area, approximately ten kilometers west of Carcassonne, Maison Ventenac is a family estate nestled against the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The vineyard spans approximately 135 hectares and is currently undergoing organic conversion, with particular attention paid to soil management and environmental stewardship.
Under the stewardship of Olivier and Stéphanie Ventenac, the estate strives to achieve a clear and direct expression of Cabardès grapes, a transitional territory between Atlantic and Mediterranean influences. Winemaking practices seek to minimize artificial interventions, by favoring precise aging methods tailored to the specific profiles of each cuvée.
