Bourgogne | France

Domaine Nicolas Raspiller is a vineyard located in Chaux in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits region of Burgundy, founded in 2017 by Nicolas Raspiller after extensive experience working with other winemakers in Burgundy and Champagne. He immediately began converting the estate to organic farming, with a philosophy centered on vine care using natural preparations and the use of plants to enrich the soil.

The grapes are harvested by hand and the wines are made without fining or filtration, resulting in authentic, pure, and expressive wines that reflect the terroirs of Burgundy with freshness and elegance. In addition, Nicolas is also a beekeeper, symbolized by the bee featured on some of his labels, illustrating his deep connection to biodiversity.

Among its wines are reds such as "Les Graviers" or "Clos de Magny", which have been praised by the Hachette Wine Guide for their aromatic richness, density and balance, demonstrating a sincere
