Les Chemins de l'Arkose
L'Autre Rive 2025
Côtes d'Auvergne | White | 2025
Grown biodynamically at an altitude of 450–500 meters on volcanic soils (basalt, limestone, arkose), this white wine is made from Chardonnay and Aligoté, or even an old hybrid. Fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and then aged without additives, it yields a vibrant, floral, and fruity wine with restrained acidity and beautiful minerality.

Our opinion on the vintage
The nose opens with crisp notes of lemon, white flowers, and green apple, with a lively freshness. On the palate, the attack is invigorating, the texture refined and taut, carried by a discreet saline minerality. The finish is clear, precise, and persistent with lemony nuances and vibrant elegance. A crisp and balanced white wine, best enjoyed chilled with seafood, shellfish, or delicate fish—a true tribute to the Auvergne terroir.
Les Chemins de l'Arkose
Languedoc | France
In the Puy-de-Dôme region, volcanic soils sculpt vibrant, precise wines, almost mineral in texture. The estate cultivates Gamay and Pinot Noir with a very gentle extraction process. The result: elegant, lingering, and remarkably easy-drinking reds. A beautiful expression of altitude.
