This unique Savoyard wine derives its distinctiveness from its Mondeuse Blanche vines, the oldest in Savoy and France, grown on west-facing schist hillsides. The combination of black schist and deeper clay promotes more abundant growth despite periods of drought. The winemaking process blends tradition and modernity, with fermentation in barrels and tanks using indigenous yeasts, followed by eight months of aging and light filtration.
