Château de Saint Eutrope is the story of a passionate family, attached to its terroir! For four generations, Olivier & Jean-Louis have been perpetuating the cultivation of vines in the commune of Saint-Laurent, located in the heart of the Corbières. After having vinified more than twenty-five years in a cooperative cellar, Olivier decided in 1995 to take over the family estate with his brother Jean-Louis, which represents 50 hectares of vines on the Boutenac terroir. Emilie & Maxime (Olivier's children) join the family history today alongside Olivier & Jean-Louis to share with you their passion for vines and wine! Our vineyard is mainly located on clay-limestone soils and our vines have been adapted to produce rich and balanced wines. Château de Saint Eutrope now operates nearly 50 hectares of which 70% benefit from the Corbières appellation, 20% from the Corbières-Boutenac appellation and 10% from the Pays d'Oc appellation. If you are passing through our beautiful Corbières, we would be delighted to welcome you to the Domaine for a tasting and visit of our plots! You can discover our daily life on Instagram
Sharing a good bottle of our estate is already sharing its history!
