The family estate, located halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, has been built over 6 generations. The 70-hectare vineyard is made up of clay-limestone hills and stony terraces facing due south. Out of respect for the environment, the vines are cultivated in a sustainable way. Since 2017 we have obtained the HVE level 3, High Environmental Value accreditation for the management of the estate. We have implemented sexual confusion on 100% of the vineyard in order to reduce insecticide use by 90% and use bio-control products.
