Our story

Out of respect for the environment, the vines are cultivated in a sustainable way. Since 2017 we have obtained the HVE level 3, High Environmental Value accreditation for the management of the estate. We have implemented sexual confusion on 100% of the vineyard in order to reduce insecticide use by 90% and use bio-control products.

Other little stories

During the television show "Les carnets de Julie en pays cathare", with chef David Prevel from the Auberge on the garden side, our Ambroise cuvée seduced Julie for our greatest pleasure!
