Established in viticulture for more than 26 years, I made my first tests in organic agriculture in 1999, then I followed a training in Biodynamics with Pierre Masson that I put into practice only a few years ago. The conversion from Ecocert came in 2006 and the entire vineyard has been AB certified since 2012. 2 hours 24 minutes in the commune of Noé les Mallets, planted with pinot noir, pinot blanc and chardonnay, these wines come from vines whose average age is 25 years, the grapes are pressed by me. In partnership with my Brother Bélorgeot Thierry, also an organic winegrower, we have an AB certified pressing centre.
