Nose is intensely fruity, with hints of white flowers, fleshy white peach, fresh fruit and subtle aromas of hawthorn and rosehip. In the mouth, a subtle and elegant attack, slightly mineral and a long persistence for a rich and dense finish.
Aging in the cellar for about 4 years, prestigious and endowed with great aromatic power.
Serve as an aperitif, or as a meal, between 5 and 7 degrees.
To be kept for 4 to 5 years.
Perfect accompaniment to white meat, or fish in papillote.
