The colour, brilliant serine colour with green reflections, has a fine, regular and persistent "mousse". On the nose, the attack is very marked by the two white grape varieties. The Chenin grape variety brings its aromas of lime, apricot and citronella. Then, in the second nose, we perceive the olfactory nuances brought by its stay on slats (Viennese pastries, brioche, almonds, hazelnuts...) The attack in the mouth is straight, finely tactile and persistent. A reasonable acidity gives the whole a beautiful harmony and a great freshness.
