Intense golden color, generous matter. Nose open on a point of old marc followed by candied fruits. Long and balanced mouth, fig, honey and raisins combined with notes of old marc and kirsch dominate the other notes of candied fruits (angelica...). Intense... It immediately makes you want to marry it: with pear, ginger, chocolate... In addition to its two stars in the Guide Hachette 2017, it received the Silver Medal at the 2016 Jura Wines competition!

A blend of Marc and unfermented grape juice, the Macvin d'Arlay acquires its letters of nobility through its aging. Here it is an old Marc of 7 years of barrel which is assembled with the juices. The whole will improve for another 3 years in wood to finally give our nectar.
