Anjou Village Origine is a standard of the Château de Passavant's know-how. The important aromatic extraction, during maceration, reveals the qualities and complementarity of the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine presents intense aromas of red and black fruits (wild strawberries, blackberries...) supported by the tannic power of the Cabernets. The maturing of the tannins during the vinification allows a silky length in the mouth.
