Nearly 25 years ago, Claire and Olivier decided to take over the family estate. Pioneers in Anjou, they took the challenge of converting their entire farm to organic farming in 1998. Continuing this approach of research into quality and respect for the environment, the estate is now cultivated in biodynamics. So don't be surprised to find ladybugs, dragonflies and snails during a walk in the hills!
Since the 1990s, Château de Passavant has contributed to the "Adelphe" association, a structure that helps local authorities finance the recovery of glass
