Chateau Saint Louis - Tradition - Rouge - 2019

Ruby color with some garnet notes. The nose expresses small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry and cherry); small berries (redcurrant, cranberry) and floral notes of violet and liquorice. Nice round and greedy mouth, with a velvety character, silky with well melted tannins. The whole is convincing and gives pleasure.

The vinification is classic, with long maceration and two or three
and two or three delestages.
Before blending, 40% of the wine is aged in oak barrels and 60% in
and 60% in vats for 12 months. The bottling
is done at the Château.
