Wine with a purple red colour, purple. The nose is made of concentrated aromas of small red fruits and spring flowers (violet). The palate is full and peppery, the finish is carried by the acidity of the grape variety and by a large quantity of melted tannins. Have fun rediscovering the aromas: violet, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, green pepper!

Robe dense. Nez poivré, touche animale. Le poivre éclate en bouche, ferme et structurée. Finale relativement persistante, touche florale. Je tenterais sur des côtes de porc.
