The nose offers a bouquet of fruity aromas ranging from strawberry tagada to redcurrant, all in freshness. The mouth is supple, the bubbles are fine and with a light aeration come to carry the mouth to amuse the palate. The sweetness brings a welcome roundness on the finish without saturating the taste buds. Ideal to whet the appetite!

We have revisited our sparkling rosé wine to offer you a simple and pleasant aperitif, with a lower alcohol level (10%) and a slight sweetness, highlighting the natural fruit aromas of the Gamay and Mondeuse.
