Pretty fine bubbles that form a necklace around the glass. The nose is dominated by floral aromas, we already perceive some brioche notes. On the palate the bubble is silky and of a beautiful length. The finish is reminiscent of toasted almonds.
The delicacy and the good liveliness of the jackfruit gives here a Crémant of great class.
Drink at 8-10°C.
