For several generations, the terroir has been our passion. Within this family farm, a wine and agricultural activity that keeps the traditional methods is perpetuated. All the work on the farm is shared between family members. We are five people over three generations working according to our knowledge. The very fragmented vineyard is made up of 4 parcels: Étangs, Roquebrune, Sainte-Brigitte and Madeleine, where the different grape varieties find their place following the characteristics of the terroirs. A large part is planted with old vine ceps (50 years old): Cinsault, Cabernet, Ugni blanc and ten-year-old ceps such as Roll Caladoc and Thibourin. Finally, a new Clairette plantation (a grape variety with fine and fruity aromas) completes the range.

Our story

The estate Le Jas des Oliviers, which has been in the same family since 1824, has developed over generations and now represents a 22-hectare vineyard divided around Fréjus. Since 2001, the story has continued, with the creation of the AOC Fréjus appellation, which aims to make the Jas des Oliviers an essential reference in the Côtes de Provence appellation.

Other little stories

Since my childhood I have been cradled by the rhythm of the seasons and the love of a job well done. For 4 generations, the terroir has been our passion. This is why I have set myself the challenge of consolidating the excellence of the Jas des Oliviers as one of the best jewels of these great wines of Provence that surprise French and foreign connoisseurs alike.

Making quality wines requires a lot of passion from the planting of the vine to the maturing of the wine.... It is a new mandatory reflection for each vintage. No concessions, no tricks, all the fingering of the cellar master. The authenticity of the terroir as the only guideline. This is what I suggest you find in my wines for your greatest pleasure.
