Domaine Les Grandes Vignes

Languedoc | France

In Anjou, the Vaillant family has been managing Domaine Les Grandes Vignes biodynamically for many years. The vineyard is primarily planted with Chenin and Cabernet Franc, emblematic grape varieties of the region, cultivated with constant attention to soil balance and vine vitality.

The parcels located around Thouarcé exhibit diverse profiles, which the estate interprets through precise vinification techniques, sometimes conducted without added sulfur. The white wines develop a natural texture and measured tension, where the fruit maintains a restrained and clear expression. The red wines favor supple structures and a smooth mouthfeel, resulting from controlled extractions.

The wines are crafted with restraint, with the aim of preserving the terroir’s direct expression and the clarity of their profiles. The estate’s entire approach is characterized by great consistency, producing wines that remain true to their origins and exhibit consistent quality across vintages.
