This wine is the result of meticulous viticulture, blending tradition and modernity. Carefully crafted from a blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Cinsault, each grape variety was vinified separately before being blended in tanks for six months. Its production utilizes biodynamic techniques, enhanced by innovative methods such as the use of herbal teas and decoctions to protect the vines from environmental challenges. Hand-harvesting ensures the preservation of authentic aromas.

Terre des Chardons
The wind shapes this corner of the Rhône, and the wines bear its mark: taut, upright Syrahs, almost austere at times, but never heavy. The estate has long practiced biodynamic viticulture, which gives a precise expression to the stony soils. The whites possess fleshiness but are held together by a lingering finish. In short: a very clean style. A serious, solid, consistent estate.
