The "young vines" cuvée of Clairette de Bellegarde, crafted by Jérôme Chardon, is distinguished by its finesse and complexity. Made from grapes cultivated using rigorous biodynamic methods, it benefits from a unique terroir where siliceous pebbles promote optimal ripening. During vinification, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a juice of great purity. This Clairette, still young, offers a promising prospect of aging in the bottle.

Terre des Chardons
The wind shapes this corner of the Rhône, and the wines bear its mark: taut, upright Syrahs, almost austere at times, but never heavy. The estate has long practiced biodynamic viticulture, which gives a precise expression to the stony soils. The whites possess fleshiness but are held together by a lingering finish. In short: a very clean style. A serious, solid, consistent estate.
