Domaine des Noëls - Coteaux Layon Vieilles Vignes

The vineyard plots are located on the Coteau des Noëls overlooking the Layon River. They benefit from an ideal terroir between morning mist and sunshine. A soft white with a pale green gold colour that is enriched with golden reflections over the years. The nose develops notes of exotic fruits, acacia and quince. On the palate, it is a cocktail of figs and grapes candied by the sun that we find. Nice length on the palate.

The Wine Estate

Domaine des Noëls enjoys an ideal geographical location, on the heights of the Coteau des Noëls in Bellevigne-en-Layon, overlooking the Layon River. It is hard to imagine a more explicit name for a commune, which requires us to take particular care of our vines and to produce a sweet nectar that is representative of the Layon Valley. The main grape variety planted on the Coteau des Noëls is Chenin Blanc, which allows just as much...

The opinion of Ambassadors
