Bourgogne | Pink | 2023

This rosé, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, is the result of meticulous winemaking. The saignée technique used at the beginning of maceration delicately extracts pure and expressive aromas. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural freshness, this wine reflects a respectful approach to the raw material, without unnecessary additives, and relies on indigenous yeasts for preserved authenticity.

Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, this rosé opens with fresh red fruit aromas (wild strawberry and raspberry) and a subtle floral touch that makes it light and charming. On the palate, it is refined and delicate, with just the right amount of liveliness to keep it fresh and easy to drink. The finish is clean, simple, and genuine, like a little return to basics that reflects the clay-limestone terroir of Burgundy. A natural and authentic rosé, to be enjoyed with pleasure and ease!

Domaine Tripoz

Domaine Tripoz

Bourgogne | France

In the Mâconnais region, Domaine Tripoz cultivates its vineyards biodynamically, on clay-limestone soils characteristic of the sub-region. Vineyard work aims for natural balance and optimal ripeness, in order to preserve the expression of the grape varieties and terroirs.

Chardonnays form the heart of the production. They exhibit ample and structured profiles, supported by a consistent tension that provides balance and length. Aging is carried out with precision, alternating between tank and barrel depending on the cuvée, with the aim of complementing the wine's character without weighing down its expression.

The Pinot Noirs, produced in smaller quantities, yield wines with bright fruit and a fluid texture, emphasizing suppleness and drinkability. All the wines are distinguished by a remarkable consistency, with precise, balanced, and approachable wines that remain true to the Mâconnais identity.
