Dans l'air du temps Chardonnay 2025

Vin de France | Blanc | 2025

"Dans l’Air du Temps Chardonnay" is a 100% Chardonnay cuvée created by Jeff Carrel, produced using the " Vin de France " method from vines over 10 years old planted in clay-siliceous and marl soils.

The wine is vinified in stainless steel and concrete tanks, with 85% of the malolactic fermentation completed, followed by fermentation and aging in oak. It rests for six months on full lees in oak before continuing its aging on fine lees.

A generous and refined interpretation of Chardonnay, combining richness, freshness, and oaky notes.

Our Review of the Cuvée

The pale gold color is followed by a very expressive nose with notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, candied citrus, and vanilla-scented butter. Hints of toasted bread round out a generous, indulgent bouquet. On the palate, the wine is round and full-bodied, with a soft, enveloping texture. The overall profile remains balanced by a subtle freshness, while the finish gains intensity with woody, spicy, and slightly bitter notes. A rich and warm Chardonnay, whose oak aging lends depth and complexity.
