This wine stands out for its natural and innovative approach. Thanks to the use of the Soreli grape variety, no chemical treatments are necessary, allowing for environmentally friendly viticulture. Sulfite-free winemaking, combining carbonic maceration for the Muscat grapes and a more traditional approach for the Soreli, imparts a unique character. Aging in barrels and large casks adds complexity, preserving the freshness and authenticity of the aromas.

Jeff Carrel's work in the Languedoc region focuses on vineyards that are sometimes neglected or challenging, revitalized through a pragmatic approach to winemaking.
