This 100% Syrah wine comes from the carefully tended vineyards of our partner winemakers. The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by a meticulous winemaking process that includes destemming, low-temperature fermentation, and extraction through punch-down. Aging in oak for 18 months develops a unique complexity. Its garnet color, polished tannins, and balance of fruit and oak make it a high-quality wine.
