Our opinion on the vintage

From the first glance, its translucent garnet robe intrigues and seduces. The nose is a symphony of fragrant cherries, sweet spices, and a subtle earthy note, enhanced by a light touch of tar. On the palate, this Pinot Noir offers a round and velvety texture, initially light, which quickly intensifies to reveal impressive density and well-structured tannins. The finish offers a pleasant, almost chalky chewiness, accompanied by fresh fruit. Enjoy it with dishes with mild and creamy flavors, such as mushrooms on toast, for a perfect pairing.
