Juliénas 2023
Juliénas | Rouge | 2023
100% Gamay from two plots located on southeast-facing slopes, with vines ranging from 30 to 70 years old. The soil consists of weathered pink granite, which lends the wine finesse and tension. Maceration takes place in concrete tanks, using whole clusters and at low temperatures, with punch-downs performed at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Aging then continues for six months in barrels to refine the structure and add depth without masking the fruit.

Our Review of the Cuvée
A deep, intense ruby color, with a nose of black fruit and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine displays a beautiful balance: delicate in texture, yet supported by an elegant and well-controlled structure.
