The Grenache grapes are carefully harvested and placed whole-cluster into wooden and stainless steel tanks, where they undergo cold carbonic maceration. After alcoholic fermentation, Syrah is added to complete the blend. Careful aging in wooden and stainless steel tanks ensures a velvety texture and well-integrated tannins, resulting in a harmonious, well-structured wine.
